Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner Installation - 2002 Coachmen Cross Country Motorhome- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer. And today, we're taking a look at installing the Furrion Chill HE Replacement AC unit on a 2002 Coachmen Cross Country. This is gonna be a great replacement for an AC unit that you already have and it's gonna work with a few different types of distribution boxes, include Advent, Coleman, as well as Dometic. Now we did find that we had to use a separate distribution box specifically for this HE unit, but it does drop in nice and easy. The HE in the name stands for high efficiency, so this is gonna cool, nice and efficiently. It can be used with a ducted or a ductless system. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the Furrion High Efficiency RV Air Conditioning Unit on a 2020 Grand Design Momentum G Class 5th Wheel Toy Hauler. Now this system is going to be a single zone and gonna be rated at 13.5 KBTU. Now this is what our unit looks like installed on top of our roof and this does replace a powered fan that was originally there, which does make it a little bit easier as far as having all the electrical there to be able to get our new system in. Now I think the tricky is part of the entire installation is probably getting this up on top of your RV. Here we're able to use a forklift so once you get this up here that's gonna be I think half the battle. Another great part of replacing our roof vent fan means that the opening's already there so there's no cutting required when it comes to putting our new unit in place. more

Hi, John with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the Furrion HE Chill 15,000 BTU Rooftop Air Conditioner on our 2016 Forest River Salem Hemisphere. Now these Furrion's come in two color choices and we have white of course, and then we have black if that's gonna look better on your camper. As far as power consumption, we're looking at 15.8 amps for this and at coming in at 15,000 BTUs this is one of the larger units that we offer here at etrailer. Now, probably one of the more important measurements which we wanna keep in mind is from the back of the foam where it lines up at our 14 x 14 hole inside the camper. So the back of the foam here to the back of the air conditioning unit is 14-3/4 inches. more

Hey guys, Kevin here at etrailer. And today I'll be showing you how to install the Everchill replacement RV roof air conditioner system here on our 2007 Forest River Flagstaff, super light travel trailer. As trailers get on and age, you'll start to notice maybe your AC system really just doesn't keep up with the heat anymore. Or maybe you took your trailer out for the first trip of the season and realized it just doesn't work at all. Instead of a costly replacement of the entire system, you can replace just the rooftop unit itself. This is going to easily upgrade your system to keep up with that heat and also just minimize that cost that it's gonna take just to replace that AC system. more

Hi there RV and trailer owners. Today, we're going to be taking a look at Furrion's replacement rooftop unit with Coleman adapter. And this will allow you to take your old Coleman unit that's on your roof. Maybe you've got a Coleman Mach. You can get that broken old worn down mock unit off, slap up this new Furrion unit and plug it directly into your existing wiring. So you don't have to run new modules, replaced thermostats and do all that extra work. more

Hello everyone, Shane here at etrailer.com. Today I have a 2021 Dutchmen Coleman Lantern travel trailer. I'm gonna walk through how to install the Furrion 15,500 Btu air conditioner. This is what our units gonna look like on top of our roof, you can see it's aerodynamic. So it's really gonna help cut down on wind resistance as you're traveling. Maybe you have an air conditioner that's just not quite cooling off your sleeping area or your living area quite enough, adding the Furrion 15,500 Btu air conditioner, is gonna give you a lot more power, and it's gonna help cool off that area much better. more

Today on our 2012 Jayco Melbourne Motorhome, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Furrion Chill replacement air conditioner for motorhomes with a Coleman setup.So right off the bat, this unit that we have here today has 14,500 BTUs. But if you have a larger camper and maybe want some additional cooling power, there's a 15,500 BTU unit available as well.Now, before we get into too many features, I just wanted to show you guys what our old unit looked like up here on top of our motorhome. Now, the reason we're replacing this is because it doesn't work at all. It no longer blows cool air or even turns on. And honestly, our customer really wasn't too upset about it. more

Maybe you have an air conditioner, and it's just not working efficiently enough anymore or maybe you're replacing one that's not working. Maybe you're doing what our customer did here in replacing a vent with an air conditioner in the room because the room is just not getting cool enough from their main unit. Speaker 1: Today on our 2016 Forest River Salem Hemisphere Lite travel trailer, you're going to be taking a look at and I'm going to show you how to install a Non-Ducted Atwood Air Command Rooftop Air Conditioner, part number AT15025-21. This is what our unit looks like when it's installed. Our AC unit is going to be 13,500 Btu and it's going to have a built in capacitor, and what the capacitor is is it allows you, when you press the on and off button, it's going to start your AC unit right away. For some of the other units that may not have that, what they do is when you turn them on, they start real slow, and it takes a little while for the motor to build up enough power to get your air conditioner running properly. Speaker 2: This air conditioner can run off a 2000 watt generator, but requires 3800 start-up watts or more when first powered on. Speaker 1: Now, this is going to be a non-ducted unit, which means that it's meant for a single room. more

Advent Air Rooftop RV Air Conditioner Installation - 2013 Palomino Sabre Fifth Wheel- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2013 Palomino Sabre we're going to be installing the Advent air rooftop RV air conditioner, part number ACM150.In conjunction with that we'll also be using Advent's ceiling vent assembly with wall mounted thermostat, part number ACRG15, and the Star capacitor for the Advent air conditioners, part number ACMSCKIT.This is going to be one of the quietest AC units out there, and it's going to be a direct replacement for Dometic and Coleman brands. It will also replace existing vents. All you need to do is run your wires up to it, and make sure you support and seal it in your roof there.This is going to be a great upgrade for your camper or RV. So, that way when you're out exploring all day, when you come home, you've got a nice comfortable cabin to sleep in.So, on our thermostat here, we've got our power button, our mode, where you can choose between, cool, heat if you had hooked it up, just a fan, and then here's our fan options here. We can turn it on. It has three speeds. more
